Great to meet you!

Hey, I'm Kacey and I am passionate about working with people in their 20s and 30s who are looking to build confidence, cope with life transitions, and challenge negative self-talk.

Being a human can be complex and challenging - my goal is to help it feel less overwhelming and isolating. I offer a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where we can work together to explore your experiences, beliefs, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on validation, skill-building, and creating an environment where you feel empowered to make changes at your own pace.

In our work together, I also focus on practicing and learning effective communication skills—an essential tool for building healthy boundaries and improving relationships. Whether you're navigating old patterns or new triggers, we’ll explore ways to assert your needs, communicate openly, and develop stronger boundaries that protect your well-being.

I believe that connection and collaboration are key to fostering lasting change. You are the expert on your own life, and I see myself as a partner in your journey toward growth and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

An intake session can be awkward because we are getting to know one another, but I promise it gets more comfortable! My intention is to use humor, connection, and education to help you build the tools you need. I strive to create a space where all feelings are welcome, there are no stupid questions, and laughter is encouraged. I hope all my clients can feel safe to bring their authentic self to session. I look forward to getting to know you!
