Great to meet you!

Navigating life's challenges is a journey we don't have to take alone. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals and couples through their toughest moments. I have spent my career working in community mental health. This experience has given me a deep understanding of diverse populations and a wide range of concerns, from mood stability and relationship issues to anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining several evidence-based modalities to create a personalized plan for you. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychoanalytic Therapy to explore how your past experiences may be influencing your present.

What you can expect from me

From our sessions, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the challenges you face. You will leave with practical coping strategies and a toolbox of new skills to navigate difficult emotions, manage stress, and improve your relationships.
