Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, and I hold a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Houston Baptist University. I completed my undergraduate degree at Abilene Christian University and have experience supporting individuals across a wide range of mental health challenges.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional distress, relationship challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. I also support individuals navigating severe mental illness, communication difficulties, social skill concerns, and dysfunctional family systems. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or unsure how to move forward.

My goal is to create a supportive, compassionate space where you feel safe exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing practical tools for healing, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all” experience. I value building a genuine, authentic relationship and meeting you where you are in your journey. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I integrate evidence-based practices to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, or family conflict, we’ll work together to identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and build healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where growth, healing, and self-understanding can naturally unfold.

What you can expect from me

My passion for therapy is rooted in my love for helping others grow and heal. In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming environment where you can share what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process.

I’ll work to understand your goals, challenges, and experiences while beginning to develop a plan for moving forward. My role is to guide, encourage, and support you as you work toward becoming the best version of yourself.

Many clients leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful, with a clearer sense of direction and confidence in the path ahead.
