Great to meet you!

Thank you for stopping by! I'm looking forward to potentially working together. My background is in family therapy at Saint Louis University's Counseling graduate degree program from 2006 to 2009. My bachelor's degree is from Eckerd College, Florida in Psychology and Sociology. I have worked for Department of Mental Health assisted living facility, community and residential foster care, and managed behavioral health care for health insurance plans, as well as contracts for service members and veterans, and employee assistance programs.

My approach to therapy

I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families (parent/child). I specialize in trauma recovery using mindfulness, affect regulation, coping methods, relaxation techniques, and cognitive processing. I take a grounded approach to uncover the root of anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, PTSD, neurodivergence- ADHD, ASD, and mental health issues.

What you can expect from me

I help people develop healthier coping skills, emotional balance, and improved relationships. Interventions: Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems approach with Attachment-based therapy. Personality exploration upon request (NEO-5, MBTI, Enneagram) to support personal growth. Populations: Military/Vets, LGBTQ, Parents, teens/young adults.
