Here, you can expect empathetic support, where my person-centered approach includes connecting on a candid level. My focus is on young adults experiencing depression and anxiety, and those wishing to overcome generational trauma and acknowledge systemic oppressions. I have experience with LGBTQ+ folks, blended families, and culturally diverse minorities.

I integrate therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Utilizing positive psychology to identify the best parts of you is imperative for maintaining mental wellness.

Appreciating what makes an individual unique and complex, I remain present and curious to learn about who you want to be. Together we will take time to make meaning of your experiences, and address complex feelings and habits you wish to strengthen or reframe.

My approach to therapy

My style is relational and candid. The idea is that you are the professional of your life, and I am a professional in mental health. Working together, we can identify what is not working in your experience and consider more effective ways to live fully and aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for me to assess where you're at in life. It can be overwhelming starting therapy, so I'll make sure to check in with you and pace as needed.
