Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I specialize in working with expats, military spouses, and Third Culture Kids in Florida navigating relocation, identity loss, and the hidden grief that comes from constant change. I also support clients coping with anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My goal is to help them move from simply “getting through” to truly thriving.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe that healing happens in a space where you feel seen, safe, and understood, especially when life has felt unpredictable or overwhelming. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface of your stress and emotions, unpacking the stories, patterns, and past experiences that may be shaping how you see yourself today.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, DBT-informed tools to strengthen emotional regulation and self-compassion, and narrative therapy to help you make meaning of your experiences and reclaim your story.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where I’ll focus on getting to know you-your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll ask gentle questions about your background, current stressors, and goals so I can start building an understanding of what’s going on beneath the surface.
