Great to meet you!

If you’re looking for a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported while becoming the best version of yourself, you’re in the right place! Life has taught me that things don’t always go as planned, and sometimes we all need a little extra support when life gets challenging.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I help people work through anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges and self-esteem concerns. I focus on helping you recognize your strengths and build real-world tools for lasting change using evidence-based practices as CBT, client-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.

I'd be honored to support you on your journey toward growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self, talk openly about what’s going on, and work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. I’ll take time to understand your concerns, answer any questions you may have, and create a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll identify goals and discuss how therapy can best support you.
