Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Kadee. My approach is warm, collaborative, and hopeful. I have more than 15 years' experience helping people face the challenges of eating disorder recovery. I provide a non-judgmental space to explore both why change is difficult and how change is possible.

My approach to therapy

I have a conversational, friendly style and include skills from CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), and narrative therapy in my therapeutic approach. Most of my clients begin therapy to address their relationships with food and with their body. Often, we also explore themes of coping with emotions, self-esteem/ self-worth, relationship challenges, core beliefs, identity, and trauma healing throughout our work together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll be interested to learn about what is important to you and what you want to change. Together, we will explore goals and discuss a schedule for any future sessions. You can expect me to bring curiosity, perspective, and a non-judgmental approach to our sessions.
