Great to meet you!

Have you tried traditional therapy and it didn't work for you? Maybe you need something more? EMDR and IFS informed care can help any client move from a place of feeling stuck. As an EMDR Certified Therapist, I have the privilege of using my skill set to guide clients through their pain without having to feel all of it again. We desensitize memories and reprocess them through the EMDR model. IFS informed care helps parts of you that need reassurance and unblending, so you can rise to your full potential. In your session, you will find the courage to listen to your inner voice and learn from it instead of shove it down.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in conjunction with Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), I help clients unlock their past so they can be happier in their present and future. Internal Family Systems (IFS) creates a real time bridge between you today and parts of you still hurting from the past.

What you can expect from our first session

I have watched EMDR change peoples lives. If you have lived through trauma (or anything that has left an emotional scar), this technique could be right for you. I walk you through the process and we can discuss how it could benefit you. Along the way you will learn tools that will help you in real time even after our first session together.
