Great to meet you!

With over a decade of clinical experience, I’ve worked across diverse settings including community mental health, outpatient clinics, crisis teams, and inpatient units supporting children, adolescents, and adults through individual and group therapy. My career has centered on serving BIPOC, adults & youth, and LGBTQIA+ clients. I’m passionate about holding space for those navigating complex trauma, identity, and systemic challenges. My practice offers a non-judgmental, safe sanctuary grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed approach that weaves together mindfulness, compassion, and culturally attuned care. I strive to meet each client with authenticity and curiosity, honoring the wisdom they bring into the room.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive space where clients feel safe to explore their inner world without judgment. I use a relational, insight-oriented approach rather than structured homework-based therapy.Drawing from an eclectic blend of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, narrative, and IFS. I tailor each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively with clients to foster resilience, reduce distress, and promote long-term emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, I build rapport to make sure you feel comfortable. I gather history of symptoms, previous mental health treatment, support systems, help you identify your strengths, gather cultural and family history, etc. ,and collaborate to create treatment goals.
