Great to meet you!

I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns around anxiety, relationships, or identity that don't seem to change on their own. Many people I see have tried to "figure it out" themselves but still feel frustrated or overwhelmed. Therapy with me focuses on understanding what's actually driving those patterns so change feels real and lasting, not just temporary coping. I have experience providing gender-affirming care and working with LGBTQ+ clients, supporting identity exploration and self-trust. My approach is direct, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand what's underneath so things actually shift.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, thoughtful approach focused on helping you understand the patterns behind your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Rather than just managing symptoms, we work to get to the root of what's going on so change feels really and lasting. I bring both insight-oriented work and practical strategies, depending on what's most helpful for you. My goal is to create a space that feels honest, grounded, and genuinely useful.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding your goals, your current challenges, and relevant background. I'll ask questions to get a clear picture of what's going on what you want to change. You'll also have a chance to ask questions and see if the fit feels right. We'll end with an initial plan to move forward.
