Great to meet you!

You might be here because you're navigating a major life transition — trying to get pregnant, adjusting to motherhood, or feeling burnt out from it all!

These seasons can feel overwhelming, isolating, and confusing, especially when you're used to being the one who has it all together.

I specialize in supporting women experiencing anxiety, burnout, life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, and the unique stressors that come with new motherhood. Whether you're feeling emotionally exhausted, struggling with identity changes, experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety, or feeling stuck during a life transition, therapy can help you regain clarity and confidence. As a new mom who also lives with anxiety- I get you and I see you! You are not alone and there is a way through!

My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what you're experiencing and reconnect with yourself. Together, we work to help you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

I take a personalized, person-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that each life transition and experience is unique. I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, identity shifts, and the pressures of academic or professional life.

Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills to support your day-to-day life. My goal is to help you move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck to feeling confident, balanced, and more in control of your life.

I focus on helping you build insight, develop emotional resilience, and create sustainable change — not just short-term relief, but long-term growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and understand what you're going through. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, burnout, or a major life transition, we'll explore what's been weighing on you and what you hope to gain from therapy.

This is a supportive, relaxed conversation. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer sense of direction and whether we’re a good fit to work together.
