Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with high-functioning women navigating self-worth challenges rooted in abandonment wounds, past relationships, or early emotional neglect. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, and patterns that make it hard to feel secure in themselves or their relationships.

I take a supportive but direct approach, helping you understand where these patterns come from and how they show up in your daily life. My goal is to help you build self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally secure as you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented with a strong focus on patterns formed through early relationships and life experiences. I help clients understand the connection between their past and present—especially in areas like self-worth, attachment, and emotional regulation.

In sessions, I balance support with gentle challenge. We’ll explore unhelpful patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, and difficulty setting boundaries, while also building practical tools to create lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more self-aware, emotionally grounded, and secure in both yourself and your relationships.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a supportive space to share what’s bringing them to therapy and what they hope to work on. I typically explore current challenges as well as relevant background, including early experiences and relationships, when it feels helpful and appropriate. I also provide gentle psychoeducation to help make sense of patterns like anxiety, self-doubt, and relationship dynamics. At the same time, I always meet you where you are—whether you prefer to focus on what’s happening right now or begin exploring deeper roots at a slower pace.
