Great to meet you!

My name is Kaelen Goldstein and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have experience helping individuals navigate a variety of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental atmosphere. I believe in the power of collaboration; working together with my clients to develop personalized strategies that foster positive change and promote emotional well-being. Through a combination of evidence-based techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness practices, I strive to empower individuals to explore their emotions, build resilience, and discover their true potential.

What you can expect from me

My ultimate goal when I meet with you is to help you feel heard and supported. Sharing intimate details with a stranger can be anxiety inducing to say the least. You may fear that you will be judged, brushed off, or misunderstood. I hope to reduce some of that fear by demonstrating compassion, respect, and gentle curiosity as you tell your story. Together, we will explore your goals and develop a plan that will enable you to overcome obstacles and achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life.
