Great to meet you!

You’re the one people depend on—the high achiever, the strong friend, the creative thinker. On the outside, you look successful. But inside? You’re tired. Your mood feels unpredictable. Your confidence wavers. And no matter how much you accomplish, that quiet feeling of “not enough” never fully goes away.

I help high-functioning adults, professionals, and creatives who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from themselves. Many of the people I work with are carrying trauma they’ve never had space to process. You may be juggling a demanding career, relationships, family roles, or constant expectations—and still feel stuck, drained, or unsure of who you are beneath it all.

My style is trauma-informed, direct, grounded, and honest. I’m not a sit-and-nod therapist. I help you understand why you feel the way you do, identify emotional patterns that aren’t serving you, and develop tools that actually work in your day-to-day life. I integrate CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic insights with a real, compassionate approach tailored to high-performing people who want meaningful change—not sugarcoating.

In our work, you’ll find support, empathy, and accountability. You’ll be challenged when needed and encouraged when progress is made. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, set healthier boundaries, and feel more regulated, confident, and grounded.

I offer cash pay and accept insurance through Headway. Same-week openings are available. If you’re ready for therapy that is honest, effective, and rooted in understanding your full story, I’d be honored to support you.
