Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor who has been practicing for the past four years. I specialize in working with adults and children to help them conquer their anxiety, depression, and a variety of other mental health needs.

My approach to therapy

I use a cognitive behavioral approach, focusing on unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors and working with my clients to replace them with more healthy thought patterns and behaviors. I also focus on utilizing clients' strengths to increase self-esteem and positive thinking.

What you can expect from me

For the first session, I will focus on getting to know my client, so that I can better understand their needs. We will work together to create goals for therapy and what the client would like to focus on to help better themselves.
