Great to meet you!

Thanks for stopping by. :) I'd like for you to know that I'm a people person, and I truly enjoy supporting and encouraging others - both as a therapist and in my day-to-day life. My approach is holistic and strengths-based, and I view the therapeutic process as a team journey. My clients lead the way, and I am here holding a safe space to process, learn/unlearn, discover (or rediscover) answers you already have within and learn helpful coping strategies.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, and I tend to gravitate toward CBT, DBT, ACT and SFBT (Short-Term Solution Focused) modalities. I pull from a variety of specializations based on my clients' unique needs. I recognize that one size doesn't fit all.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will chat openly and easily to build rapport and get comfortable with each other. I will ask curious and clarifying questions to get a sense of your feelings and experiences, as well as any goals. We will work closely together, and although I have learned a lot as a therapist, I know that you are actually your own expert. With guidance, support and a focus on self-awareness and growth, you will notice positive changes.
