Great to meet you!

I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood in the past.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health, and I hold a Doctor of Social Work (DSW). I specialize in childhood trauma, anxiety, burnout, and working with neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and autism. I often support people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or exhausted from masking and holding everything together on their own.

My style is warm and down to earth, and I focus on meeting you where you are in each session. Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible, shaped around what works best for you. My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and flexible. I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all.

I use tools from CBT, mindfulness, and body-based approaches, but I focus on how they actually help you. For example, CBT can help you notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns, while somatic techniques support calming your nervous system when stress or anxiety feels overwhelming. We’ll move at your pace, adjust sessions to how your brain works, and focus on practical tools you can use in real life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we focus on getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable and supported. We will talk about what is bringing you to therapy, what you are hoping to get out of it, and any concerns or questions you may have. There is no pressure to share everything right away, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we will outline a few gentle goals and next steps so you leave the session feeling clearer about what support can look like going forward.
