Great to meet you!

I have over a decade of experience supporting individuals through therapeutic, holistic, and integrative practices. With a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and a background in psychology from the University of British Columbia, my work is rooted in a deep understanding of both clinical approaches and human potential.

My approach to therapy

I have pursued advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Hakomi, Gestalt, neurofeedback, and coaching models, and I continue to refine my practice through ongoing professional development and authentic relating groups. My approach is integrative and deeply respectful, balancing evidence-based interventions with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and relational depth.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, I strive to balance getting to know you and your history with offering practical tools and space to process what feels most difficult right now. If you’d like, we can begin with a brief mindfulness practice to help ground and center. From there, we decide together where to focus — whether that means working through past experiences with EMDR, or exploring challenges and emotions that are arising in your daily life.
