Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kaila, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker helping millennials and young adults overcome anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. Many of my clients struggle with constant overthinking, pressure to keep up with expectations, or feeling stuck between what they “should” be doing and what actually feels fulfilling. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful changes that support your well-being. My approach is collaborative and client-focused, designed to meet you where you are and support your individualized goals.

My approach to therapy

Our work may include exploring how thought patterns contribute to anxiety, developing tools to manage stress, or processing past experiences that continue to impact the present. I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based approach that can help people process trauma, reduce distress connected to difficult memories, and feel more grounded in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, it's important for me to get a sense of your expectations for therapy, so that we can set goals around what feels important to you at a pace that feels manageable and achievable.
