Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, and other emotional concerns. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master’s degree in Human Sexuality, which allows me to bring a comprehensive and inclusive perspective to my work. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client, drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and family systems. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is affirming, empowering, and centered on creating a space where you feel safe being your authentic self. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in recognizing your strengths, exploring patterns, and developing tools that help you move toward meaningful change. Together, we will work collaboratively toward your goals while honoring your unique experiences, identities, relationships, and values. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling heard, supported, and more confident in your ability to navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain from our work together, and any experiences or concerns that feel important to share. There is no pressure to tell your entire story at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and strengths while developing a plan that feels meaningful and achievable.
