Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and my goal is to support you by building on the strengths you already have. I work with people going through life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, school stress, adjustment concerns, and trauma. I know that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, so I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can share openly without judgment. In our work together, I use proven approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also focusing on what makes you resilient and unique. Whether you’re navigating a big change, working through difficult emotions, or wanting to better understand yourself, I’ll be here to walk alongside you. My hope is that our time together helps you feel supported, empowered, and more confident in facing life’s challenges

My approach to therapy

I work best with clients who are ready to explore their emotions, gain insight into their challenges, and take steps toward growth. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, struggling with anxiety or depression, working on building self-esteem, or processing past experiences that continue to affect them. I predominantly work with teens and adults. I especially enjoy working with individuals who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps, and who are seeking a supportive space to sort through their thoughts and feelings. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I meet you where you are and help you move toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. Whether your goal is to feel less anxious, build healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, or regain a sense of balance in your life, I’m here to support and guide you through that proces

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll spend time talking about your current concerns, your goals, and what you’d like to get out of our work together. I’ll also ask about your background and any important experiences that help me better understand your story. You can expect the first session to feel like a conversation rather than a test—I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported. This is also your chance to ask me questions, share any preferences you have for therapy, and let me know what feels most helpful to you. By the end of our first session, we’ll begin identifying some goals and next steps so you leave with a sense of direction and hope.
