Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been practicing 5 years. I’m a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist who values authenticity and connection. I treat client's age 5 and up with a variety of mental health disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in empathy. I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to support healing and personal growth. I tailor each session to meet my clients’ unique needs, helping them develop practical tools for managing emotions, improving relationships, and creating lasting change. I am also trained in EMDR and play-therapy techniques.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a comfortable and welcoming space to share what brings them to therapy. We’ll discuss their goals, explore their background, and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. My focus is on getting to know each client as a whole person and creating a plan that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to their needs.
