Great to meet you!

Maybe you're navigating a major life transition, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, or struggling to balance your ambitions with your well-being. I primarily work with young adults, artists, and entrepreneurs who are navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, self-doubt, and the pressures of figuring out what they want from life. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely understood while also being encouraged to question old beliefs, gain new perspectives, and make meaningful changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is conversational, down-to-earth, curious, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change requires both self-awareness and a willingness to do things differently. I primarily draw from psychodynamic therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), to help you explore how past experiences shape your present, understand different parts of yourself, and take meaningful action toward what matters most to you. I'm not a therapist who will just nod along and ask you how you feel. I'll ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and challenge you when I think it might help you grow. I also bring warmth, compassion, and humor into our work because I believe therapy can be both meaningful and enjoyable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to lay the groundwork for our work together. We'll start by reviewing some of the basics of therapy and what you can expect moving forward, before diving into a conversation about your background, current challenges, and goals. I'll guide the conversation with questions, but there will be plenty of room for you to share what's important to you, ask questions of your own, and get a feel for whether we're a good fit. There's no pressure to share everything right away — my goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable, understood, and optimistic about what's ahead.
