I have experience and training in supporting clients struggling with a wide range of issues pertaining to mental health including depression, anxiety, life transitions, chronic pain, grief, shame, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment and utilize a range of modalities while placing an emphasis on mindfulness and the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. I collaborate with clients in reaching their goals; whether it is finding new ways to cope, increasing love for oneself, or recognizing where we can initiate change. I support clients in working with increasing capacity to cope with difficulties in life.
