Great to meet you!

Hello! Welcome! I’m a mental health therapist with five years of experience working in both hospital and clinical settings. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Therapy. My main most important approach to therapy is centered on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I specialize in working with children ages 6–12, adolescents ages 13–17, and young adults ages 18–25. I support clients navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral disorders, adjustment disorders, and family or relational dynamics.

I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, experiences, and strengths. Whether you’re working through a difficult transition, managing emotions and behaviors, strengthening relationships, or simply trying to better understand yourself, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you develop practical tools and greater confidence along the therapeutic journey. My hope is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship that supports meaningful and lasting change. Hope to meet you soon!

My approach to therapy

I believe every child deserves to feel heard, understood, and truly seen. My approaches to therapy are child-centered and play-based, creating a safe and supportive space where children can express themselves in ways that feel natural and comfortable to them. Through play, conversation, and age-appropriate activities, I help children explore their emotions, build confidence, develop coping skills, and work through challenges at their own pace.

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help children better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as art therapy and play therapy. Together, we will work on practical tools and strategies that children can use both in and outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Working with children also means working alongside their families. I value parents and caregivers as important partners in the therapeutic process and strive to provide support, understanding, and guidance along the way. My goal is to create a collaborative environment where children feel safe to be themselves and families feel supported as they navigate challenges together.

We will set realistic goals together while completing a treatment plan, I like to hear from both child and the caregivers, so we are on a path to success.
