Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a down-to-earth, empathetic style. I have 5+ experience in supporting young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, religious struggles, and major life transitions. I have experience working with clients who are questioning or deconstructing long-held beliefs, processing the impact of difficult experiences, and trying to find their footing during seasons of change. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported as you begin moving toward healing and a more grounded, confident sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relatable, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and the Gottman Method. I believe therapy should provide space for you to give voice to the parts of your story that may have felt hidden, dismissed, or difficult to understand. Together, we will explore the emotions, beliefs, relationships, and patterns that shape your experiences while also building practical tools you can use in everyday life. I want you to leave therapy feeling more empowered to understand yourself, express your needs, and make choices that align with the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll start making sense of what has been feeling heavy, confusing, or difficult to carry on your own. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your story, the patterns you have noticed, and what you want to feel differently in your life. You can expect a warm, conversational space where you do not have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have all the answers. By the end of the session, we will have a clearer picture of what is keeping you stuck and an initial direction for how therapy can help you move toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.
