Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or struggling to move forward after a traumatic experience or major life change? You're not alone—and support is within reach. As a therapist specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to heal and rediscover your strength. Whether you're coping with past wounds, navigating uncertainty, or seeking clarity and emotional balance, I’m here to help you find relief, build resilience, and create lasting change. Together, we can work toward the life you deserve.

My approach to therapy

Narrative therapy is a respectful and collaborative approach that helps you explore the stories you’ve been told—or have told yourself—about who you are. Sometimes, experiences like trauma, major life changes, or other struggles can lead to negative or limiting stories that make it hard to move forward. In narrative therapy, we work together to look at where those stories come from, how they affect you, and how you can start to rewrite them in a way that feels more true to who you are and what you value. It’s an equal partnership—you’re the expert on your life, and my role is to support you in discovering your strengths, your voice, and new ways to understand your experiences. This process can help you feel more in control, more hopeful, and more connected to the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to empower my clients become the expert author of their lives and be able to define their stories from a lens of strength and empowerment. I believe therapy is a process open to anyone and can help you become the person you want to be.
