Great to meet you!

I am accepting new clients.

We all need someone to listen to, understand, and support us, especially during times of uncertainty and transition. My goal is to create a safe, therapeutic space in which you feel comfortable to be yourself and share your fears, hopes, and struggles. As each client is a unique individual, I feel the process of counseling should be tailored to meet your specific needs. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and have the innate ability to heal.

My approach to therapy

My specialities include trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, dissociation, grief, and suicidal thoughts. I work from an integrative theoretical orientation, and draw primarily from person-centered, strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral theories. I genuinely want to see you thrive, and I hope my warm and open manner, as well as my collaborative and flexible approach, help you to feel seen, heard, and understood in your healing process.

What you can expect from me

If you are here you have already taken the first, and sometimes hardest, step toward creating the change you wish to see in yourself! I encourage you to reach out ato see if I am a good match for you in reaching your therapeutic goals. In our first session, we will work together to identify your goals and a plan to reach them. My role is to walk with and support you on your journey to reaching your goals. Together, we can help create your brighter journey!
