Great to meet you!

Maybe you love your baby more than you knew was possible—and you also really miss yourself. You’re exhausted, overstimulated, and somehow your brain still has 47 tabs open. You’re second-guessing whether you’re doing any of this right, feeling touched out, snapping at your partner over something tiny, or wondering why motherhood doesn’t always feel the way you thought it would.

I have a special passion for supporting women during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, perfectionism, and major life transitions.

Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is warm, active, and real. I’ll ask questions, share what I’m noticing, and sometimes lovingly call attention to the thing you just tried to breeze right past.

My approach is grounded in EFT and AEDP. Together, we’ll get curious about what’s underneath the anxiety, anger, overwhelm, people-pleasing, or self-criticism. Those reactions often make a lot more sense when we understand what they’ve been trying to do for you.

Especially in motherhood, when your identity, relationships, body, responsibilities, and needs can all feel like they changed overnight, therapy can be a place to make some room for you again.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you—not trying to solve everything at once. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what’s been feeling hard lately, and what you’re hoping might feel different.

You don’t need to have the right words or even know exactly where to start. I’ll ask questions, help us slow things down, and start getting curious about some of the patterns that are showing up. Most importantly, we’ll get a feel for what it’s like to work together.

My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and a little less alone.
