Great to meet you!

You're here because your anxious brain has 47 tabs open and the overthinking won't quit. Or maybe you're harder on yourself than you'd ever be to anyone you love (that inner critic has a lot to say). Maybe you've become a mom and you're so dang tired and don't quite feel like yourself anymore. Or your relationship feels more like miscommunication than teamwork these days. Maybe it's a little bit of everything and you're starting to feel alone. Whatever brought you here, I'm really glad it did. You don't have to figure it all out on your own anymore.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, perfectionism, and self-esteem concerns. I have a special passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. I use EFT and AEDP to help clients understand the deeper patterns behind their struggles while building tools for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and involves both tears and laughter. I believe change happens when you feel deeply understood and gently challenged within a connected relationship. Together, we'll make sense of what's been weighing on you and get curious about the patterns that have been working so hard to protect you—overthinking, people-pleasing, pretending everything is "fine." We'll thank those patterns for getting you this far, then help them retire so they don't have to work quite so hard anymore. In their place, we'll build new ways of responding that leave you feeling more like you. You don't have to have it all figured out before you get here. I've got you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you—not trying to solve everything at once. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what's been feeling hard lately, and what you're hoping will feel different. I'll ask questions to better understand your experience, but there's no pressure to have the right words or know exactly where to start. Most importantly, we'll get a feel for what it's like to work together. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and a little less alone.
