Great to meet you!

I am an LMHC and earned my degree from Adelphi University. My work encompasses anxiety, grief, self esteem, and self actualization.

My approach to therapy

I believe that a healthy, safe, and genuine therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful change. I have found that patience and understanding, along with unconditional-positive regard, have been the greatest tools in success with my clients and practice with an integrative therapeutic approach utilizing psychodynamic, humanistic, and CBT modalities.

What you can expect from me

I feel an innate connection to others and this compassion drives my work with my clients. My goal is to help my clients achieve a better understanding of themselves and their world while empowering them to heal and grow. I believe therapy is a process open to anyone and can help people to achieve a greater sense of fulfillment.
