Great to meet you!

My name is Kaitlin, and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The population I love to serve are adults, couples and families who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and/or relationship/family dynamic challenges.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use an attachment approach in therapy, which focuses on exploring my client’s past to understand more about why they engage in certain maladaptive behaviors, today, so they can break their unhealthy patterns and develop healthier ones.

If I could define my therapeutic style in a few words it would be, warm, directive, and empowering. My main goal is for you to meet your main goal.

What you can expect from me

Prepare to learn a lot about yourself and why you do/think/say the things you do in any given situation. We will explore your childhood and relationship to your family members, as this is the origin of most unhealthy patterns of behavior and thought.
