Great to meet you!
I enjoy working with neurodiverse individuals and families across the lifespan, especially ADHD and autistic clients. I often support clients navigating burnout, late diagnosis, college and career transitions, pregnancy and parenthood, relationships, and co-occurring mental or physical health concerns. My work considers the whole person, not just symptoms, including how neurotype interacts with health, relationships, work, identity, environment, and major life transitions. I aim to help clients better understand these connections and build lives that work with their needs, strengths, and values.
