Great to meet you!

I am a therapist who works primarily with adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, social challenges, and identity development. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and developmentally sensitive, with a strong emphasis on helping clients feel safe, understood, and respected in the therapy space. I believe therapy works best when clients are met where they are, not where they are “supposed” to be. I focus on building genuine rapport and trust, often using creative, conversational, and experiential strategies—such as shared interests, and narrative exploration to reduce anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical. I prioritize connection, safety, and honesty, and I work at a pace that feels manageable for each client. I enjoy helping clients make sense of their emotions, challenge negative self-beliefs, and learn how to advocate for themselves while building healthier relationships.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can be intimidating and vulnerable. First session my goal is to get to know you and your wants for therapy and ease into the work. Creating a safe and comfortable environment is my biggest priority starting out. We move at your pace and I hope to convey a partnership and you leave knowing I will be here for the good, the bad, and in between.
