Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor And DBT Therapist who specializes in working with teens, young adults and women. I help clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, women's issues, stress, relationship and parenting issues.

My approach to therapy

I utilize DBT, CBT and a person-center approach to therapy to make sure you leave our session feeling empowered. DBT or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy includes 4 areas of hands-on skills including mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness. These skill help you to take control of your life.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy allows you to dig deeper into core beliefs about yourself, automatic thoughts and ultimately where you are getting stuck!

What you can expect from me

I find that using the combination of both therapies can really feel like the full package and allows you dig deep and have all the coping skills you need.

I want you to have an outlet as well as the skills you need to navigate your daily life. I believe that the most important part of therapy is empowerment of the individual. I can help by allowing a client to see that they have choices in almost all aspects of their lives.
