Dr. Kaitlyn Dechant, PsyD. (she/her), is a Licensed Psychologist in Texas. Dr. Dechant’s training has centered around the treatment of children and adolescents; however, she treats individuals at all ages. Dr. Dechant earned her Masters of Arts and Doctorate of Psychology Degree in Clinical Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Dechant recognizes the strength and courage it takes to engage in mental health treatment and works to develop a strong relationship with her clients to allow for a safe, non-judgmental, and open exploration of their innermost thoughts and feelings. She utilizes a variety of theories and approaches in therapy in order to maximize each client’s unique needs and healing process.
Dr. Dechant works collaboratively with her patients. Patients will work to establish their own goals and outcomes with support and guidance from Dr. Dechant.
