Great to meet you!

My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported, but also gently challenged when you’re ready for it. I believe therapy is a place to build the kind of insight that leads to sustainable change, helping you better understand yourself and the world around you.

I’ve found that therapy works best when it feels authentic and grounded in trust. Because of that, I strive to meet you exactly where you are, working at a pace that feels respectful to your journey. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, or a major life transition, I value creating a nonjudgmental, affirming environment where you can explore your experiences openly. If you feel like we might be a good fit, I’d love to connect and see how we can work together.

My approach to therapy

I don’t believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach to healing. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to support you with curiosity, compassion, and thoughtful reflection.

Being an eclectic therapist means I draw from a variety of tools to find what actually works for you. I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as CBT and ACT. I integrate these approaches thoughtfully to help us understand your patterns, process past experiences, and build a "toolbox" of effective coping skills. Together, we’ll adapt our work as your needs evolve, ensuring that therapy always feels purposeful and aligned with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. I understand that finding the right therapist is a personal process, so our initial time together is relaxed and low-pressure.

We will talk about what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to achieve, but there is no pressure to share everything at once. I’ll ask a few questions to understand your history and what has (or hasn’t) been helpful for you in the past. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling comfortable, heard, and empowered to decide if we are the right match for your long-term growth.
