Great to meet you!

I received my B.A. in Psychology and my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University. I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and have been within the mental health and substance abuse field for over seven years.

My approach to therapy

It is an honor to have the opportunity to work with you throughout your journey. Together, we can explore factors that impact your mental and behavioral health. I use a collaborative treatment approach, which I tailor to you and your goals. I pride myself in creating a comfortable and nonjudgmental space and environment, while maintaining compassion.

What you can expect from me

The first session is generally used to gather information regarding yourself and what you have been experiencing. Ideally, we work together to collaborate on tools you can use in-between sessions to assist with some of the symptoms you've been experiencing.
