Great to meet you!

My name is Kaitlyn Gray and I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker located in central Mississippi. I have experience working with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, psychosis, substance use, homelessness, and incarceration. I also have a passion for working with neurodivergent people and the lgbtq+ community.

My approach to therapy

My role as a therapist is to walk with you on your healing journey, provide an outside perspective, and empower you to learn more about mental health so you can gain the tools you need to take care of yourself. Therapy looks different for everyone because everyone has their own unique experiences and perspectives. I aim to respect those differences through a person-centered and collaborative approach. My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your needs and personal strengths to empower you to meet your identified mental health goals.

What you can expect from me

I offer a 15-minute consultation call allowing you to get a feel for my services and ask any questions you may have. If you decide to move forward, we begin the therapeutic process with an introductory session in which we talk about presenting issues, personal strengths, and life circumstances. Using that information, we work together to identify your mental health goals. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming environment, allowing you to feel safe and comfortable even while talking about vulnerable topics.
