Great to meet you!

My ideal clients feel alone behind their walls. Hyper-independent adults are exhausted from carrying everything themselves. They are resilient but lonely, struggling to be vulnerable or receive support. They want to trade self-reliance for deep, secure connection without losing their strength. Parents of struggling teens are worried and heartbroken. Their teens, often labeled as problematic, are acting out or withdrawing due to past trauma. These parents want a roadmap to de-escalate conflict, rebuild trust, and restore peace and connection in their home. Both seek a safe space to heal, be understood, and build a future with meaning.

My approach to therapy

I help hyper-independent women and families with struggling teens. As a trauma-informed LCSW and TBRI Practitioner, I provide practical tools for healing. For women, we build secure connection without losing strength. For parents, we decode teen behavior to rebuild trust and peace at home. Your privacy and our focused work together are my priority.

What you can expect from me

You're exhausted from being the strong one, the one who has to figure it all out. You're tired of the walls you built for survival now blocking love and support. You don't have to white-knuckle your way through life alone. I provide a safe space to lay down your armor. Reach out today. I can help
