Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn (she/her), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I’m glad you’re here.

I specialize in working with adults and couples who want to explore their sexuality, heal from trauma, and build more connected, empowered relationships. Whether you're navigating sexual identity, unpacking shame, recovering from painful experiences, or just want to feel more in sync with your body and your partner—I’m here to support you with compassion and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, grounded in feminist theory, and shaped by an understanding that our personal struggles are often deeply intertwined with cultural, relational, and systemic forces. I create a space where you can show up as your full self—queer, kinky, questioning, neurodivergent, unsure, messy, healing, whole.

What you can expect from me

I work from a trauma-informed lens and integrate techniques from CBT and DBT to help you build emotional resilience and develop tools for meaningful, lasting change. My style is direct yet warm—I’ll meet you where you are while gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you.
