Great to meet you!

I was born and raised in Austin and earned my Master’s in Counseling at St. Edward’s University. My background includes years on a mobile crisis team, where I learned to meet people in moments of uncertainty with steadiness and care. I bring a trauma-informed lens to therapy and have worked with clients from many different backgrounds and experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, with the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I see my role as a mirror—helping you reflect, notice patterns, and build insight in a safe and supportive space. Together, we set meaningful goals and outcomes so you leave each session with a clearer sense of direction. Clients can expect to explore core beliefs that shape daily life, identify trauma triggers, and develop tools for managing depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidal ideation, and disorders involving hallucinations.

What you can expect from me

Together, we set meaningful goals and outcomes so you leave each session with a clearer sense of direction. Clients can expect to explore core beliefs that shape daily life, identify trauma triggers, and develop tools for managing symptoms.

My hope is that each session not only provides relief in the moment but also equips you with lasting strategies to navigate challenges and move toward healing.
