Great to meet you!

I have worked as a clinical therapist with youth, adolescents, and young adults, including those experiencing thoughts of self-harm and suicide. I have also worked extensively with neurodivergent youth and young adults, supporting a range of needs related to identity, emotional regulation, and social connection.

My approach to therapy

As a social worker, I believe in the power of meeting you exactly where you are. You come into therapy already carrying what you need to grow; your strengths, values, and lived experiences. My role is to walk alongside you: to help you build on those strengths, support you in reaching your goals, and to sit with you in the moments that feel heavy, offering a space where you feel seen and supported.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I take a strengths-based approach and place strong emphasis on building practical skills that support lasting change, while honoring each client’s unique story and identity. My work has focused on behavioral interventions, social skills development, and treating concerns such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related challenges. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS).
