Great to meet you!

I support children, families and adults through all facets of life and take careful time to understand their specific needs, dynamics, identity, background and experience when exploring treatment plans and goal. I support families and children as they are going through divorce or custody changes, including reunification therapy. I also offer support with children with challenging behaviors. For adults I support with transitions no matter your season of life, with a focus on trauma and attachment. Whether a new mom, transitioning high school student or new retiree.

My approach to therapy

I provide a client centered, relational approach to therapy. I believe it is important for clients to feel connected with their counselor, and often utilize humor and normalization to talk about the hard stuff. I create treatment plans focused on the goals of the client and utilize interventions which support them best such as attachment, EMDR, CBT or DBT.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away with more insight into challenges in their life and their attachments around them. We will work on building a tool box of coping skills that support you or your families needs.
