Kaitlyn Lopez

I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received my master's from Florida International University and my undergrad from the University of Central Florida. I understand the discomfort that comes with signing up for therapy and trusting the process. I feel making sure the client feels comfortable and safe is the most important step.

I think everyone's timelines look different, so I take a very person-centered approach. Humor is very much a part of my therapy style and a big part of the process as a whole. We are looking to figure out what works best for you and not always trying to get you to adapt to a specific technique.

My main focus is making sure each client walks away feeling less overwhelmed and feeling more in touch with themselves.
