Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment-based healing. I believe that secure relationships—with others and with ourselves—are key to emotional well-being. I work with individuals and couples to help restore connection, emotional safety, and well-being.

My focus includes supporting women through trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and self-worth challenges, as well as helping couples strengthen communication and deepen emotional intimacy. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can take root.

It’s never too late to begin your journey toward healing—I welcome clients from all walks of life and look forward to connecting with you.

My approach to therapy

Whether I’m working with individuals or couples, my goal is to create a space that fosters safety, empowerment, and genuine connection. I draw from evidence-based practices—blending Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness and somatic approaches, experiential methods, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—to support clients in not just managing symptoms, but in creating meaningful, lasting change. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection—both with others and within ourselves.

What you can expect from me

We’ll start with an introductory session where you can share your story, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. I do my best to create a space that feels safe, open, and genuinely welcoming—where you can be real, feel seen, and yes, even laugh when it helps. While we’ll navigate serious and sometimes painful topics, I believe that authentic connection (and a bit of well-timed humor) can be powerful tools for healing. From there, we’ll work together to turn your goals into meaningful, lasting change.
