Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy is about honoring who you are and supporting you in exploring, identifying and implementing helpful strategies so that you can live your best life.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm and empathetic environment where we can focus on you, your goals and your needs. As we begin to build our therapeutic relationship,I will be able to challenge you in reaching your goals through a strength based, solution focused approach. Through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy I can show you how your thoughts affect your feelings and behavior and we can work together to brainstorm ideas for making improvements to the parts of your life that have become overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

Your needs and goals are the focus, while honoring your comfort level and utilizing your strengths, working collaboratively to address barriers impacting your ability to function across a variety of settings. I will support you in exploring, identifying, and implementing strategies to improve your well-being and quality of life.
