Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker, mother, wife, and animal lover. I have worked in the field for 9 years and hope to continue practice for many years to come. I am qualified to work with children, teens, adults, and all the in-betweens. If you struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, women's issues, relationship issues, etc. and would like to work towards a more comfortable life, I may be the professional for you.

I previously worked in the schools which gave me a lot of perspective on attachment and development. In recent years, I have focused more on starting my private practice with teens and adults, since I am currently only remote.

My approach to therapy

In my opinion, a good therapist should feel like a friend, but with professional experience and education. I use a variety of approaches and am always trying to learn new things. I like to meet my clients where they are at and base my approach around them and their needs.

What you can expect from me

They should expect to feel validated and seen. I try to create a warm and easy going environment for clients to feel safe.
