Great to meet you!

I am drawn to matters of the heart, the deep questions we ask, how we find meaning, move through pain, and become more free. My own healing through relationships, therapy, spirituality, expressive arts, and body movement led me to become a therapist. I completed my MA in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University in 2019, opened my private practice in 2021, and have trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy for 6 years. I also bring experience as a yoga instructor, doula trainee, and spiritual seeker.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily with Internal Family Systems (IFS), weaving in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and experiential exercises. I also draw from attachment theory, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Together we explore how you make meaning of your experiences, express and regulate emotions, and build deep, trusting relationships. These approaches support you in processing painful experiences so you can live with more calm, confidence, and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

I bring warmth and genuine curiosity, helping you feel truly heard from the first session. In our first session, I will guide you to get to know different parts of you, like the anxious part, the one that shuts down, or the one that keeps pushing through, rather than seeing any part as the problem. We may notice what arises in your body, use imagery, and gently contact past or intergenerational trauma so stuck parts can heal. Sessions are collaborative, unhurried, and attuned to your spirituality if you wish, with space for depth, lightness, and a pace that fits your life.
