Hi! Welcome to my profile ! I am a New York State licensed social worker since 2018. I graduated from the University of Albany with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, and received her Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University.

My approach to therapy

My main objective is to help her clients become the best version of themselves. I focus on helping her clients overcome obstacles that hold them back from reaching their goals. I do this by providing a safe environment in which they can openly discuss any issues or hardships they may be facing. Above all, I encourage clients to remember that progress is not always linear.
